The 30th Annual Health Care Systems Leadership Retreat is October 17-18, 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona, by invitation to AHA's system Presidents/CEOs. About Roger G. Larson
The Roger G. Larson Memorial Lectureship was established in 1983 as a lasting tribute and memorial to the late Roger G. Larson, former president of Metropolitan Hospitals, Inc. in Portland, Oregon (now Legacy Health System).
- Executive Roundtables in Washington, DC
Periodically, small groups of health system executives are invited to meet in Washington, DC, with their colleagues to hear updates from AHA senior staff and provide input on important legislative and policy issues impacting the health care field. - Health Systems President's Forum
Health System Executives who are former members of the AHA Board of Trustees, Health Care System Governing Council, and recent Regional Policy Boards constitute an 'alumni' advisory group to the AHA known as the President's Forum for Health System Leaders. Executives gather twice a year in Washington, DC, to discuss key issues and advise the association on key strategic issues, including advocacy and field leadership.
