In August, the Advisory Panel on Hospital Outpatient Payment (HOP Panel), which reviews and advises the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding the appropriate level of supervision for individual hospital outpatient therapeutic services, will hear testimony from hospitals and health systems.
