Home Health PPS: The Proposed Rule for CY 2010

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services \(CMS\) published in the August 6 Federal Register the calendar year \(CY\) 2010 proposed rule for the home health \(HH\) prospective payment system \(PPS\).
