Employee Information Requirements
This document was prepared by AHA's outside counsel, Hogan & Hartson. Its purpose is to assist hospitals that want to begin assessing their current policies and developing DRA-related information. It walks-through the new mandates in the statute and provides some of the background information for compliance. It is not legal advice and once CMS issues its guidance to states, hospitals will need to review that guidance to come into full compliance.
