  Center for Cross-Cultural Health
    The mission of the Center for Cross Cultural Health is to
    integrate the role of culture in improving health. 
    The Center’s vision is to ensure that diverse populations receive
    culturally competent and sensitive health and human service. In order to
    achieve this goal, the Center is actively involved in the education and training
    of health and human service providers and organizations in the State of 
    Minnesota and beyond. The Center is also a research and information resource.

  Cross Cultural Health Care Program
    Since 1992, the CCHCP has been addressing broad cultural issues that impact the health of 
    individuals and families in ethnic minority communities in Seattle and nationwide. Through a
    combination of cultural competency trainings, interpreter trainings, research projects, community
    coalition building, and other services, the CCHCP serves as a bridge between communities and
    health care institutions to ensure full access to quality health care that is culturally and linguistically
    appropriate.

  Diversity Rx
    Diversity Rx promotes language and cultural competence to improve the quality of health care for
    minority, immigrant, and ethnically diverse communities.

    Oakland, California.

  KFF: Minority Health
    The Kaiser Family Foundation's minority section seeks to develop more effective solutions to the
    problems contributing to the poorer health access and outcomes experienced by many racial and
    ethnic minority Americans.

  Knowledge Path: Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Health (December 2002)
    This Web site offers a selection of current, high-quality resources and information tools on racial
    and ethnic disparities in health. It is aimed at policymakers, health professionals, and researchers
    who are interested in tracking timely information on this topic. This knowledge path will be updated
    annually.

  Joint Institute for Political and Economic Studies
    The Joint Center informs and illuminates the nation's major public policy debates through research,
    analysis, and information dissemination in order to: improve the socioeconomic status of black
    Americans and other minorities; expand their effective participation in the political and public policy
    arenas; and promote communications and relationships across racial and ethnic lines to strengthen
    the nation's pluralistic society.

    and to strengthen systems serving Asian Americans through partnerships and capacity building
