Documenting Inpatient Rehabilitation Services

All health care providers in the United States are currently facing a dramatic increase in demands for information and data from many different stakeholders. These challenges are all the more difficult for Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF), simultaneously adapting to new rules of Medicare reimbursement and prospective payment for inpatient rehabilitation services.
