HIPAA COW, a collaborative of Wisconsin health care organizations that includes the Wisconsin Hospital Association, has undertaken the preemption analysis for Wisconsin. The analyses is available at http://www.hipaacow.org. The analysis examines Chapter 146 of the Wisconsin Statutes and includes a separate definitions supplement. |
