This kit will provide you with several tools to help send a clear message to Congress about the importance of inpatient rehabilitation and the need to prevent further implementation of the “75% Rule” by passing S. 543 and H. R. 1459. We encourage you to share this kit with your communications and public relations staff as you discuss ways to help Members of Congress understand that access to vital health care is at stake.
