The Senate and House voted last night to pass H.R. 4851, AHA-backed legislation that will ensure that physicians who practice in hospital-owned outpatient centers qualify for health information technology incentives under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and delay a 21% Medicare payment cut for physicians until May 31.
