Apply Online for a Certification Exam
A candidate who pays the Examination fee by credit card may apply online and schedule an appointment to test through Applied Measurement Professionals, Inc.'s (AMP) web site.
The steps are easy and take only a few minutes.
- Visit the AMP (AHA Certification Center's measurement consulting firm) web site at http://www.goamp.com
- Click on Candidates at the top of the screen
- Select Healthcare for the category
- Select AHA Certification Center for the program
- Select the Examination for which application is being made
- Select Register for Exam
- Follow the prompts to enter application information, eligibility and payment information
- Schedule an appointment
