AHA and ASHHRA's comments on the proposed Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) of the Department of Labor (DoL or the Department)'s revisions to its interpretation of the "advice" exemption to persuader reporting under Section 203 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (LMRDA), 29 U.S.C. ? 433, by narrowing the definition of advice and thus expanding the circumstances under which reporting is required of employer-consultant persuader agreements.
