Document Delivery Services
Get the documents you need when you need them! The AHA Resource Center provides document delivery services to members, libraries, and other customers. Drawing from the comprehensive collections of the AHA Resource Center, our document delivery service ensures timely access to essential materials. An online catalog for identifying books, journals, and other publications in the Resource Center collection is available.
Ordering is convenient and easy. Orders may be placed by phone, fax, mail, e-mail or through DOCLINE or OCLC. Contact information is provided above for each of these order options. Document delivery fees are listed in our fee schedule.
Photocopies of articles or book excerpts are supplied, as permitted by copyright law/guidelines or licensure terms. Photocopied materials may be emailed, faxed or mailed. When photocopies are mailed, first class mail is used. Express mail delivery is available upon request at an additional cost.
The Resource Center loans books only to members and other libraries in the United States. The loan period is four weeks. Books are shipped by Federal Express ground service, but express delivery is available upon request at an additional cost.
Libraries may select from a variety of payment options:
