If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. To do so, visit the Attendee Service Center link found in your registration confirmation. Substitutions must be completed by Friday, September 11, 2020. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

Access Information

An email reminder will be sent to all registrants one week prior to the event. You will then be provided with access instructions 24 hours in advance of live event, with details instructions on how to access and navigate the virtual event platform.

All registrants will have access to the event recording for 90 days post-event.

Terms and Conditions

By registering, program participants agree to refrain from marketing products or services during the course of the event. This may include, but is not limited to:


  • Digital – Participants will not post solicitous messaging, sales promotions, or unprofessional notations utilizing the virtual conference platform features. It is the sole discretion of AHA/SHSMD to remove messages that do not comply with our guidelines and/or remove participant access entirely.
  • Email – Participants will not send solicitous messages to other conference registrants. AHA prohibits companies from sending any solicitous advertising (emails, mail, other) falsely conveying that they are representing AHA or endorsed by AHA. AHA reserves the right to exclude that company from participation in the event.
  • Logo – The AHA, SHSMD, AHA Center for Innovation conference logo may not be used without the express written permission of AHA.

Recording and Photography

Portions of this program will be recorded by the American Hospital Association (AHA). By attendance and/or participation in discussions, registrants agree that the AHA may electronically copy, record, photograph and distribute registrants’ attendance at and involvement in the program. No individual or entity other than the AHA may electronically record any portion of this program for any purpose without the prior written consent of the American Hospital Association.
