In collaboration with community partners, hospitals are meeting the needs of LGBTQ+ patients, who experience disproportionately worse health outcomes than other patients. This webinar will discuss using sexual orientation and gender identity data to address the unique health needs of the LGBTQ+ community. Strategies and programs will be shared from strategies and applications will be shared from diverse perspectives related to leadership, research and care delivery.
