CMS urged to require that QHPs accept premium support from hospitals

AHA yesterday urged the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to issue an interim final rule requiring Qualified Health Plans offered through marketplaces to accept third-party premium and cost-sharing payments from hospitals, hospital-affiliated foundations and other charitable organizations.
