The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education has released an executive summary of findings from the first site visits by its Clinical Learning Environment Review Program, which provides feedback to GME and hospital leaders on opportunities to improve the clinical learning environment in six areas: patient safety; health care quality; care transitions; supervision; fatigue management, mitigation and duty hours; and professionalism. For the full report of findings from the 2012-2015 site visits, issued in May, and other CLER resources, visit www.acgme.org/CLER. The AHA’s Physician Leadership Forum and ACGME will co-host a free webinar on the program July 25 at 2 p.m. ET. For more information or to register for the 60-minute webinar, click here.
