The American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association, provides education and thought leadership for emerging nurse leaders, nurse managers, nurse directors and nurse executives.
The AHA Physician Alliance strengthens the voice of physician leaders in health policy and practice while providing tools and resources to lead well, be well and care well. Connecting hospital and health system leadership through education, technical assistance and collaboratively advancing excellence in the health of patients, their families, and communities, the Alliance is the place for physicians to unite in leadership.
At Large is comprised of more than 500 health care professionals. At Large members are hospital CEOs and Board of Trustees Members, health care architects, lawyers and consultants.
The Association for Community Health Improvement, an affiliate of the American Hospital Association and the Health Research & Educational Trust, is the premier national association for community health, community benefit and population health professionals. We provide educational resources and tools, professional development and networking opportunities to help health leaders expand their knowledge and enhance their performance in achieving community health goals.
As the only organization devoted exclusively to managing health equity, diversity and inclusion in the health care field, the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity is in a unique position to help your organization plan for a more diverse future while providing the tools to meet today’s challenges. Its resources are available to AHA institutional members as part of their membership. Personal memberships also may be purchased for non-hospital entities and students.
AHA Partnerships and Strategic Alliances
The CAPC provides health care professionals with the tools, training and technical assistance necessary to start and sustain successful palliative care programs in hospitals and other health care settings. Located at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, CAPC is a national organization dedicated to increasing the availability of quality palliative care services for people facing serious, complex illness.
