The Rural Residency Planning and Development – Technical Assistance Center (RRPD—TAC) provides technical assistance, information, tools and resources to help grow graduate medical education programs in rural America and subsequently strengthen the rural physician workforce. On this webinar, we will hear from Magnolia Regional Health Center, Corinth, MS where they have trained residents for many years and from Hannibal Regional Healthcare System, which was awarded $750,000 by HRSA in 2023.

We also will hear from RRPD-TAC on applying for the next funding cohort and how they can assist you in residency planning and development. This program provides start-up funding to RRPD award recipients to create new rural residency programs that will be sustainable long-term.
