Workplace Violence and COVID-19: An Environmental Scan

Although many hospital and health system leaders were already focused on mitigating workplace violence before the start of the COVID 19 pandemic, the pandemic has exacerbated the need for hospital leaders to ensure the safety of their care providers and staff. In this webinar, participants will learn from leading organizations about the current state of workplace violence in the hospital setting, hear from The Joint Commission about their new workplace violence standards going into effect in January 2022, and gain tangible next steps for implementing new safety strategies in their own facilities.
