Hospitals are working with a wide variety of community partners to promote population health, according to a recent survey conducted by the AHA’s Health Research & Educational Trust and Association for Community Health Improvement with the Public Health Institute. About nine in 10 hospitals are collaborating with other hospitals and seven in 10 are participating in a regional collaborative, the survey found.
