New AHA audiocast on cybersecurity available
The latest audiocast on cybersecurity from the AHA examines cyber liability insurance coverage. AHA Assistant General Counsel Lawrence Hughes is joined by Jan Larson, partner at the Washington, D.C., office of the law firm of Jenner & Block, LLP, to discuss evaluating the need for such insurance within hospitals and health systems, starting with the role cyber liability insurance can play as part of an organization’s overall strategy to manage its cyber-related risk.
