ASPR Webinar March 28 on Responding to Mass Shooting Incidents
The Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response will host a March 28 webinar on responding to mass shootings and other “no notice” events. The webinar will feature hospitals that responded to last year’s mass shooting in Las Vegas. For more information or to register, click here. Participation will be limited to the first 1,000 registrants. In other news, ASPR has released a factsheet to help health care facilities develop patient surge management solutions for longer-duration events, such as seasonal flu.
