The AHA’s Association for Community Health Improvement is accepting proposals through Sept. 28 for breakout sessions and posters to be presented at its 2019 National Conference, March 19-21 in Chicago. The annual conference convenes population and community health professionals to learn from experts and exchange the latest tools, approaches and ideas from the field.
