CVS Health acquires Aetna
CVS Health yesterday announced it has completed its $69 billion acquisition of Aetna. The Department of Justice's Antitrust Division Oct. 10 announced a settlement that allowed CVS Health and Aetna to proceed with their proposed merger if Aetna divested its Medicare Part D prescription drug plans to WellCare.
