The annual week, sponsored by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, highlights the importance of continuing flu vaccination through the holiday season and beyond. AHA also hosts a United Against the Flu campaign each year in partnership with CDC and other national organizations to amplify the importance of getting vaccinated.
