Keynote speakers highlight the power of improving community health
At this morning's opening keynote session, Dayna Bowen Matthew, the William L. Matheson and Robert M. Morgenthau Distinguished Professor of Law and F. Palmer Weber Research Professor of Civil Liberties and Human Rights at the University of Virginia School of Law; Bechara Choucair, senior vice president and chief community health officer overseeing Kaiser Permanente's national community health efforts; and Brenda Schmidt, founder and CEO of Solera Health and a social entrepreneur, focused on improving quality and lowering health care costs.
