HHS resource highlights lessons learned from mass violence events

The Department of Health and Human Services offers a resource to help health care providers and others prepare for and respond to mass violence events such as the recent shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio. Developed by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, the resource highlights promising practices and lessons learned from previous events. The ASPR Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (TRACIE) also offers a wide variety of other emergency preparedness resources at https://asprtracie.hhs.gov.
