CMS updates 2021 overall hospital star ratings
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services today updated the overall hospital quality star ratings at Care Compare. This year, these ratings are calculated using a revised methodology finalized in the calendar year 2021 outpatient prospective payment system final rule.
