The AHA’s Institute for Diversity and Health Equity Oct. 24 launched the Equity Transformation Partner program to connect AHA members with practitioners and service providers who can help them advance on their diversity, inclusion and health equity journey in alignment with AHA’s Health Equity Roadmap. The program will identify an exclusive group of trusted and vetted services to help AHA member hospitals accelerate their equity journey, such as the program’s first ETP Partners: Chartis, Impact4Health and TruLite Health. Program partners must demonstrate alignment with the AHA’s Health Equity Roadmap framework. LEARN MORE
