New resources on improving the clinical learning environment
The National Collaborative for Improving the Clinical Learning Environment has released two new resources. One offers guidance for health care leaders on taking a systems-level approach to engage new clinicians in quality improvement efforts to eliminate health care disparities. The other resource summarizes conversations and activities from a two-day symposium on achieving an optimal interprofessional clinical learning environment. AHA is a member of the collaborative and its steering committee.
