AHIP: Most Employees Satisfied with Their Health Plans

Among other findings, respondents prioritized comprehensive benefits over plan affordability and ranked prescription drug coverage, preventive care and emergency care among the benefits that matter most. Nearly half indicated that health insurance was either the deciding factor or a positive influence in choosing their current job.
