AHIP: Most Employees Satisfied with Their Health Plans
About seven in 10 Americans with employer-sponsored coverage are satisfied with their health plans but concerned about rising costs, according to a survey released today by America’s Health Insurance Plans. Among other findings, respondents prioritized comprehensive benefits over plan affordability and ranked prescription drug coverage, preventive care and emergency care among the benefits that matter most. Nearly half indicated that health insurance was either the deciding factor or a positive influence in choosing their current job.
