Indiana hospital receives 2018 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award

U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross Sunday presented the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for performance excellence and innovation to Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, Ind., one of five organizations to receive the award for 2018. "By winning this award, you have made the ultimate commitment of leading by example, and of sharing your best practices and processes with hundreds of other companies and organizations that can benefit from them," Ross said.
