The AHA and American Association for Physician Leadership today released Leadership Evolve, a collection of digital resources on dyad leadership and workforce wellness to spark collaboration within organizations and across the health care field. The collection includes an interactive checklist to help busy physician leaders focus on the most relevant tools and topics, from interpersonal qualities and behaviors to personal, professional and organizational wellness. Leadership Evolve builds on the organizations’ work with the American Organization of Nurse Executives on successful dyad leadership models, and will expand in the coming year to include a focus on population health.
