The resource features more than 100 leading voices from public health, primary care, health systems, housing, transportation, business and the faith community, including a chapter by AHA Chief Medical Officer Jay Bhatt, D.O., and Senior Program Manager Andrew Jager on the role of hospitals and health systems.
