The deBeaumont Foundation, with Duke Family Medicine & Community Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, this week released a playbook to help multi-sector partners improve population health. The resource features more than 100 leading voices from public health, primary care, health systems, housing, transportation, business and the faith community, including a chapter by AHA Chief Medical Officer Jay Bhatt, D.O., and Senior Program Manager Andrew Jager on the role of hospitals and health systems.
