Palmer Weber Research Professor of Civil Liberties and Human Rights at the University of Virginia School of Law; Bechara Choucair, senior vice president and chief community health officer overseeing Kaiser Permanente's national community health efforts; and Brenda Schmidt, founder and CEO of Solera Health and a social entrepreneur, focused on improving quality and lowering health care costs.
