Score review period for HAC Reduction Program ends Aug. 16
Hospitals can review their scores for the fiscal year 2020 Hospital-Acquired Condition Reduction Program at the QualityNet secure portal and request a review of the calculations if they see potential discrepancies by emailing hacrp@lantanagroup.com before Aug. 16 at 11:59 p.m. PT. The subject line of the email should read “HACRP: Scoring Calculations Review and Corrections Inquiry.” For more information, visit www.qualitynet.org.
