Open enrollment for individual health insurance market begins Nov. 1
Consumers in most states can now preview 2020 individual market health plans, prices and quality rating information at www.HealthCare.gov. Open enrollment through the federally facilitated exchange and most state exchanges begins Nov. 1 and runs through Dec. 15.
