House could vote Tuesday on FY 2020 funding
Leaders of the House and Senate Appropriations committees have reached an agreement in principle on fiscal year 2020 funding, with the House expected to vote on the measure Tuesday, according to news reports. Discretionary funding for federal health and other programs is set to expire Dec. 20 unless Congress acts. Details of the bipartisan agreement have not yet been released.
