He is currently serving as Senior Principal Consultant, Change Management, and Transformation, Thought-Leadership and Advisory Services for Cornerstone OnDemand. He excels at devising and implementing strategic learning & development (L&D) programs for customers such to maximize their Return on Enablement Investment (ROEI). He spent a major part of his career at Oracle Corporation for 19 years. Dr. Tonkin also served in various leadership roles at Oracle both in sales and consulting, across midsize and enterprise customers, in North America and global capacities. His industry background includes health care, insurance, and telecommunications with a focus on software and system integrations.
