Wright Lassiter III, president of Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, will lead the AHA's Section for Metropolitan Hospitals as 2015 chair of its governing council. He also serves on the executive committee of the California Hospital Association and America's Essential Hospitals boards. Michael Sack, president and CEO of Hallmark Health System in Melrose, MA, is this year’s chair-elect and will become chairman in 2016. The section provides representation, advocacy and educational opportunities to help the nation's suburban and urban hospitals better serve the health needs of patients and communities.
