Registration is open for 2019 ACHI National Conference
Registration is open for the Association for Community Health Improvement National Conference, March 19–21, 2019, in Chicago. ACHI, an affiliate of the AHA, convenes hundreds of population health and community health professionals at its annual conference to hear from leaders in the field, learn about actionable tools for population health, and engage in meaningful discussions. The 2019 conference theme, One Voice, speaks to the shared commitment and message of population health leaders to advance well-being and health equity for individuals and communities.
