The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will host a Special Open Door Forum Wednesday to provide an overview of standardized data in relation to the quality measures and standardized assessment domains required under the Improving Medicare Post-Acute Care Transformation Act of 2014. The IMPACT Act requires the Department of Health and Human Services to implement quality measures that are standardized across four settings: long‐term care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies.
