The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is correcting preliminary review reports for the long-term care hospital and inpatient rehabilitation facility quality reporting programs to correct an error in the healthcare-associated infections measure calculations. The first LTCH and IRF preview reports were added to the Certification And Survey Provider Enhanced Reports application Feb. 5 for a 60-day preview period. They have been removed from the CASPER folders and will be replaced with corrected reports as soon as possible, the agency said. Technical questions about the reports may be sent to the support team at help@hcareis.com.
