CMS: 2019 HealthCare.gov enrollment approaches 2 million
More than 1.9 million people selected a 2019 health plan through HealthCare.gov Nov. 1-17, including more than 748,000 last week, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services reported today. More than three-quarters of those selecting plans were renewing coverage and the rest were new consumers. The report shows total plan selections for the period in the 39 states using HealthCare.gov for 2019 open enrollment, which runs through Dec. 15.
