The Institute for Diversity and Health Equity today released its fourth toolkit of the IFDHE Health Equity Resource Series, Community Partnerships: Strategies to Advance Health Equity. The new toolkit offers guidance to hospitals and health systems on how to build effective hospital-community partnerships based on where these organizations are on their health equity journey.
