CMS proposes to delay Radiation Oncology Model start date
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services yesterday proposed to delay implementing the Radiation Oncology Model until a start date determined by future rulemaking. Congress in December prohibited implementing the model before January 2023. CMS will accept comments on the proposal for 60 days.
