AHA long-term care/rehab section names 2016 leaders
Jon Skinner will lead the AHA’s Constituency Section for Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation as 2016 chair of its governing council. Skinner is president of Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation, a joint venture between Baylor Scott & White Health and Select Medical. Daniel Mendelson, M.D., associate chief of medicine at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY, is this year’s chair-elect and will chair the section in 2017. The section advises the AHA on public policy issues of concern to post-acute and continuing care providers and on AHA member service strategies.
