The Hospital Capacity Management Consortium has launched the Excellence in Hospital Capacity Management Award, a new recognition honoring hospital leaders who demonstrate exceptional strategic leadership and operational excellence in managing capacity and supporting high-quality patient care. The award highlights executives whose expertise and foresight have strengthened hospital performance during periods of complexity, disruption and change.
