Community Connections

Across the country, hospitals are improving the health of their communities and finding new and innovative strategies to support individuals in reaching their highest potential for health.

Overall health is made up of much more than only traditional health care, and hospitals everywhere are stepping up to support the many factors that go into health and well-being. Many factors combine together to affect the health of individuals and communities.
