The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has awarded $110 million in End-stage Renal Disease Network funding to seven groups. The five-year grants will support efforts to improve quality of care for individuals with ESRD who require dialysis or transplantation. The ESRD Networks are designed to improve cost-effectiveness and quality, encourage kidney transplantation and home dialysis, and provide assistance to ESRD beneficiaries and providers.The grantees are IPRO, Quality Insights, Health Services Advisory Group, Alliant Health Solutions, Qsource/Network Strategies and Innovations, Renal Network of the Upper Midwest and Health Insights.
